Shipping & Returns

All of our products are usually dispatched between 1-2 business days except clothing range as these are  Print-on-system, meaning our garments are printed as they are being ordered. This ensures no stock and ink waste.

When you receive your products depends on your location and shipping choice. 

For shipping in the UK, we have standard shipping prices.

Standard Royal Mail 48 Regular (2-5 days): £1.99
Standard Royal Mail Recorded 48 hour (2-5 days): £3.95
Courier (1 day): £4.95

Our international shipping cost varies on the destination, method of shipping and weight of the order. Your shipping cost will be calculated during check out. 

UK

TRACKING

UK: To track your order, either choose Recorded or Courier during check-out. Recorded allows you to check your items upon delivery and collection, and Courier allows you to check in more detail.

International: Both Recorded and Courier are tracked in detail. 

RETURN POLICY

We print every item on order to avoid wastage, so please make sure to check the size guide before ordering your product. However, if you are not happy with your item(s), please contact us and we can issue a refund or exchange. 

You will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you are in need to a return/exchange. After that, you will have 14 days to post the item back to us. The costs of shipping back the item(s) back is to be paid by the costumer.
The items need to be unused, unworn and unwashed.  Once we receive your item, we inspect the product and issue the refund.  Keep in mind this can take a few days before it shows up in your account.

FAULTY

In the small chance you received a faulty item, simply email us with your order number, a photo and a description on the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.  

ITEM NOT DELIVERED

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & INT. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time. 
If an order does not arrive, we always recommend checking your local post office first. If your item still hasn’t showed up, please contact us. (Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.)

IMPORT TAX

For overseas shipping, be aware that items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. The charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office and where applicable, may be collected when the parcel arrives at the destination country. Payment of these charges and taxes is the recipient’s responsibility and can’t be covered by 2B Lady.
